Once the order is placed our team validates the order and initiates a validation call with the customer to discuss the customizations of the product with respect to chosen options along with measurement and also to assist on any further customization needed beyond what is chosen at the time of placing the order.
Delivery
Delivery of product/services is limited within city limits. The delivery time of the product depends on various factors such as the kind of product , availability of raw materials required at the delivery location and logistic network available in your location.
Installation
Onsite Installation of products will be done by our experienced professional/service partners, who are trusted and handpicked by our stringent onboarding process to ensure they meet our highest quality standards. Installation will be completed within the time line as promised for each product .
