Order Cancellation Policy
- Order can be cancelled without any cancellation charges before the payment is processed
- Cancelling the order post payment processing & confirmation is only possible if the order is not confirmed by us. A nominal transaction charges will be deducted in this case
- Once the order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to change the order by replacing it with products of equal or higher cost within 24 hours of placing the order and before it has been shipped.

Order Confirmation & Shipment Processing
- All orders in Stock are usually processed within 3-4 business days post payment is received and order confirmation message is sent by us.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Minimum of 14 working days are required to manufacture and dispatch products which are not in stock or customized orders from our warehouse. Shipping time will be extra depending on the mode of transport and destination
- No two items can be same in finish or in design as these items are handcrafted which adds to the uniqueness of the product.
- Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/Message Once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

No Breakage Guaranteed (Limited Warranty)
Homspace360 provides a limited replacement warranty on breakage in transit. To ensure a quick and efficient resolution in the rare event of damage, please follow these simple steps upon receiving your shipment:
- Unboxing Video is Essential: Before inspecting individual items, please create an unboxing video. This video should clearly show the unopened package, the opening process, and the condition of each item as it is revealed. This video serves as crucial evidence for any potential damage claims.
- Carefully Inspect the Product(One Box at a Time): After recording the unboxing video, you may begin your detailed inspection. Open one box at a time and carefully examine each item for any signs of breakage. This systematic approach helps ensure that any damage is documented accurately.
- Report Breakage: If you find any breakage, email pictures of the broken part(s) along with a still image from your unboxing video clearly showing the damaged item to [email address]. Please include your order number, invoice number, and contact number in the email. This report must be made within 24hrs of receipt of the product.
- Replacement: We will courier the replacement part(s) to you free of charge within India.
Refund Timeline
- Refund Approval:Once the refund request is approved, the process will be initiated within 24-48 hours from our backend system. It may take upto 7 days to reflect the payment in your your account.
- Refund Method:The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
